String Waiver

Arrow Addiction strings and cables are built using materials and techniques widely used throughout the industry. Our build process involves stretching components at 300 lbs. for 24-hours which serves as an additional quality-control measure, ensuring they are safe for use on any vertical bow or crossbow. If one of our strings or cables fails, it will be due to improper Installation or from damage during the install. For this reason Arrow Addiction bears no responsibility for any damage, injury and/or death that results from the improper installation of our strings or cables by the customer and/or a third-party.

We inspect all components thoroughly for damage before shipping to ensure that they leave our shop free of defects. If your component arrives damaged we must be notified immediately. If the package appears damaged this must also be noted by the courier in order to qualify for a replacement. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are acknowledging, and in agreement, that Arrow Addiction will not be held liable for any damages, injury, and/or death resulting form the use of our strings or components. Because they are made-to-order, our Traditional and Compound Bowstrings have a strict 24-hour cancellation period. Once they are paid for and we have started building them, the sale becomes final. Typically, it will will take us 2-5 business days to complete making your order, depending on a variety of factors. These include, but are not limited to; 

• The number of components in your string system
• The time required to properly stretch each component
• The number of current orders in the queue

We apologize for any inconvenient wait times that this may cause, but making our strings to-order is the best way to ensure we are satisfied with the quality of each bowstring we supply to our customers.
